founder's story
FOUNDER'S STORY
Dr. Yvone Ndaga Endam is a Southern Cameroonian refugee, humanitarian leader, and Founder & CEO of Endam Home of Hope, supporting women and girls affected by conflict. She holds a Doctorate in Humanitarian and Social Development and has extensive expertise in refugee rights, women’s empowerment, healthcare, and peacebuilding. Recognized as a United Nations Ambassador for Peace, she champions dignity, resilience, and global solidarity for displaced communities.
She is also Managing Director of NkA Borngreat International Ltd, advancing socio-economic empowerment, while engaging in writing, advocacy, and public speaking.
Her expertise spans refugee rights, healthcare, women’s empowerment, gender equality, peacebuilding, and entrepreneurship.She views refugee status as a symbol of resilience and strength, affirming: “To be called a refugee is the opposite of an insult; it is a badge of strength, courage, and victory.”
